I first carried out carpet cleaning work for Matt and Jayne when Jayne rang me in a panicked state a few years back. Their little boy Alfie at the time had been up to no good, he had found a tub of Sudocream and decided it would be a really great idea to play with, hence Jayne’s phone call to the office. Her little boy had managed to cover not just himself but his bedroom carpet in Sudocream. Which he thought was hilarious, but of course Jayne did not.
The good news was that Alfie was not harmed and was fully washed and dried. Also I managed to get all the Sudocream out of the carpet.
How did you first hear about us?
We heard about your business through family and friends who spoke very highly of you.
Why did you choose us?
We chose you because the job we had was pretty big. Our son who was 18 months at the time. Had rubbed nearly a whole tub of Sudocream into his brand new carpet. You knew what you were talking about, and we felt confident that you would do your best and at a reasonable price.
What three things did we do well?
Three things you did well were, you were very responsive and came to look at the job the following day. You then thoroughly explained that due to the ingredients in the cream, it may take a couple attempts, and it may leave a mark. However, after the first wash, it was completely removed. Your aftercare was brilliant. You came back after a couple of days to see how it had dried and if it needed to be washed again.
If a friend asked you to recommend a rug/carpet cleaning company. What would you tell them about us?
I recommend you frequently. My Grandparents now come to you and my previous employer has received excellent service after flood damage.
